چکیده
Objective:The purpose of this study is to examine the acute effects combine foam roller (FR) and routine warm-up protocols on some performance parameters in combat athletes. Material Methods: A total 16 fighters (boxing, kickboxing, muaythai) athletes, 7 female 9 male, were included study. The was carried out with 2 measurements an interval 1 week. On first day, athletes tested for flexibility, sprint, agility, jumping, respectively, after performing static-dynamic stretching 10 minutes low-paced jogging. second exercises, Statistical analysis data obtained made using IBM SPSS 23 program. Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test used evaluate difference between different protocols. Significance level accepted as p<0.05. Results:Significant observed 20 m sprint static (SS)+dynamic (DS) FR combined dynamic favor SS+DS (p<0,05). When vertical jump height examined, while a significant found (cm) SS+DS. İt seen that there SS+DS+FR numbers (p<0.05). Conclusion: do not have positive effect but can improve athletes' anaerobic performances_

Acute effects of dynamic stretching, static stretching, and light aerobic activity on muscular performance in women.
The purpose of this study was to compare three warm-up protocols--static stretching, dynamic stretching, and light aerobic activity--on selected measures of range of motion and power in untrained females and to investigate the sustained effects at 5 and 30 minutes after warm-up. A total of 24 healthy females (ages 23-29 years) attended one familiarization session and three test sessions on nonc...

dynamic assessment according to vygotskys sociocultural theory, states that instruction and assessment are interrelated. using static forms of assessment with second and foreign language students could do more harm than good. many teachers neglect to take account of the complexity involved in learning a second or foreign language and often wonder why learning of a language take so long. thi...
The Acute Effects of Static Stretching Compared to Dynamic Stretching with and without an Active Warm up on Anaerobic Performance
The Wingate Anaerobic Test (WAnT) has been used in many studies to determine anaerobic performance. However, there has been poor reporting of warm-up protocols and limited consistency between warm-up methods that have been used. With the WAnT being such a commonly-used test, consistency in warm-up methods is essential in order to compare results across studies. Therefore, this study was designe...
